[tei-council] oXygen 20 not plugging in

I am running oXygen 20 on Mac OS. I cannot install either the TEI release framework[1] or the TEI bleeding edge framework[2]. In both cases after entering the URL, the information is retrieved, but grayed out, and the "install this one" box cannot be checked. Furthermore, if I check "show only compatible add-ons", the entire line disappears. I am away from home at the moment, so cannot check this on any other systems. 1) Anyone else having this problem? 2) Any way to easily run the jTEI to PDF transformation w/o using oXygen?
