[tei-council] Mama Shelter location

Hi all, Cathy and I walked down Rue Domer today, past the address of Mama Shelter (#13), but didn't see any building labelled #13 or Mama Shelter. Across the road was something small called Villa Mama, but it looked too small to be a hotel.
