If I remember correctly, Peter and/or Hugh have created new symlinks on the server at release time a few times recently; it seems that either something changed when the server migration to HumaNum was done, or there has always been a requirement to create a number of symlinks, and this never made it into TCW22 or the release scripts for some reason. I think the most important thing is first to list the full set of missing items or links; then for someone to quick-fix those for 4.2.2 (without doing a new release, assuming the stuff is actually there and just in the wrong place); and finally for the release scripts on tei-c to be updated so that they're created at release time. Unless I'm missing something, I don't believe we need another release; and even if we did, we'd have to fix the problems in 4.2.2 anyway, since it's out there. My availability (as it currently stands) is sketched out, below. But does this require a release, or just a symlink fix on the server? I am hoping Peter, Hugh, Martina, or Martin can chime in, here. (At the moment I do not even have access to the server to look into this.)
* Mon 12 Apr: Meetings from 13:30Z to ~15:45Z, and again from 17:30Z to 18:54Z. (And then again from 23:00Z for an hour or two, but that’s too late, anyway.) * Wed 14 Apr: Only meeting is 16:15Z to 17:00Z. (Go on duty, and thus become unlreliable, at 21:00Z.)

Still with my release-manager hat on (!), Syd and Helena have noticed that a folder has been missing from recent releases of TEI. This is going to need another point release to fix. Fortunately, term doesn’t start again here for another two weeks, so I’ve actually got plenty of time to work on this in the coming days. Would some time on Monday or Wednesday suit people, for example? Syd, if you have time, perhaps we could hack away at a fix on Monday and then do the .3 release on Wednesday?
We should probably also write a test to catch this kind of thing...
