I'm happy to do 7am - 8am EST anytime, while 8am - 9am EST would be impractical Mon-Thurs (commuting), but totally fine on Fridays (working from home). F2F may 12-14 is good for me. Have we decided a location? I think Providence was mentioned at our last call and I would selfishly be very happy with it since I need to be to Montreal the following week and in Europe the one after... :) Raff On Thu, Jan 7, 2016 at 4:31 PM, Lou Burnard <lou.burnard@retired.ox.ac.uk> wrote:

So we have no times during the last week of this month that we can all be there, and I am loath to have our first meeting of the year at a time when any of the new members can’t make it. Is stepping out of the 09:00–10:00 / 10:00–11:00 EST time frame feasible? If it’s later, we’re looking at a 17:00 start time for the Europeans and earlier we might be cutting into the Americans’ commute time, but I personally could easily do earlier. Thoughts? Based on your feedback, I’ll add some more slots to the poll.
I'm happy to change the time by an hour or two in either direction.
We have one slot for the F2F, May 12-14 which everyone who’s done the poll can do, though a couple of us aren’t totally happy with it. Can you block those dates on your calendars, and I’ll add a few more dates to see if we can find something everyone is happy with.
Aaargh, I realise now that I didnt read the doodle carefully enough, and said I was available for the 12-14th, when I am not. (teaching in paris all that week). If it's a weekend meeting (that was one of the possibilities raised) 13-16, I could make that.
