[tei-council] proc mod is under the wire

After some further furrowing of brows from me, magdalena, and james, I am pleased to report that we have now integrated the processing model proposals into the dev branch, which means that they should make it into the next release -- however there is still time for anyone on Council to point out any egregious foolishness introduced! Just bring your local copy up to date with the dev branch and take a peek at section #TDPM. I see that we now have 104 outstanding open issues, almost all of them assigned to people other than me! Wouldn't it be nice to get this down to double figures by the time of the next release?
