For a PDF transformation of any-old-document to PDF, there's a huge range of fonts that might be required. Ron Van den Branden and I (mainly Ron) have been working on an approach for jTEI that would analyze a document and download a required subset of Noto fonts (assuming they're not already there) to cover its content Unicode ranges:

I think the same approach would work for OxGarage, and perhaps for the Stylesheets generally.

PS: A known issue is the transformation to PDF where the output consists of boxes and digits only. Probably there is a font missing in the image?
