Luis can help out here by encoding these minutes as TEI for posting to the current site. Then I can: 1. Alert Hugh so he can skim them and look for errors (it always helps to read documents with new lineation -- all the typos jump out at you!) 2) Once Hugh approves, link to them publicly and copy to the new website still under development.
