[Tei-council] release--where are we?

Dear Council, Since we are already in the middle of the freeze period, are there still any (big) issues to resolve? Elisa put a lot of work into measurement and I think it is ready to go. I'm also wondering about the pull request from Duncan on the uniHan issue - I think he met Phase 0, 1, 2, and 5. How should we proceed with that? Please have a look at the milestone and remove issues that do not go into the release: https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/milestones/Guidelines%203.6.0. There is already a milestone 3.7.0. Best, Martina
