I've kicked off my build again. It is the case that the tei-c site goes down at least once a day for a scheduled Tomcat restart; if a build happens to be trying to get something off the server at that point (which the test build does), it will fail. I don't think these errors have anything to do with the changes I made. They look more like a connectivity problem. Can someone remind me of how to check the other Jenkins' boxes?
