Syd has admin privileges on the lists hosted at Brown, though it's possible that some of them have co-administrators that I'm unaware of. I have long wanted to move these lists to lists.tei-c.org for shared administration like the others, but I'm still waiting on Syd to set up his RSA credentials with Ian so we can move forward with our migration plan. He's a real person ( https://twitter.com/dirkschoenaers ), and in fact I received a couple of waves of spam like this from him, sent directly to me, weeks ago. I didn't bother reporting it to him since I figured everyone else would have done the same.
