Actually, instead of setting up a private hangout, it's possible to set up one that anyone with a certain link can join. Someone just needs to: 1. Log into Google (if not already). 2. Go to https://hangouts.google.com/ . 3. Start a call. 4. Click to share a link. 5. Paste into an email to tei-council so that whoever wants to join can do so. I'd like to re-iterate that last bit. Besides not really being qualified to set up the call, depending on the weather I may be a few minutes late. So I would really prefer someone else set up the Google Hangout and send around the link.
