Any update on this? Prices and distance from venue would be nice information to have. If we're starting our meeting Sun morning 09-25 then I, for one, will probably want a Fri 09-23 departure from USA.
Has anyone done the legwork on the hotel pricing? it seems one has to check each one. Also, is the plan to meet starting Sunday morning? That means the Americans are doing Saturday arrival, Saturday departure? just to confirm
