[tei-council] xxe and simplePrint

For the benefit of the confused, let me point out that the suggestion of getting an xxe-based implementation of simplePrint is not meant to preclude using either some other xml editor or some other schema. But xxe/xmlmind has the advantage over e.g. oxygen of being FREE to distribute, which matters a lot to some people, and also (amongst other free xml editors) the advantage of being reasonably fully-featured. And I believe the TEI is supposed to be enhusiastic about simplePrint.
