Esteemed Council, I am most certainly not sick of Syd or his mentoring, and need all the help I can get! I think you just did :-). I believe Syd, Lou, James, Martin, and Raff all volunteered to be mentors. I said I'd be happy to help Elli get up to speed on git stuff (which is the only thing that's changed since you were last on Council) if needed.
