Hi Hugh, I think it would have done it, it you had completed the release steps before doing the 2.9.1 release. I.e. step 14, updating the oXygen-ready distribution of the TEI, the ant release I think would have grabbed it from 2.8.0. Maybe I'm mistaken. We certainly had a step before about updating updateSite.oxygen and copying it to the new location, but I can't seem to find it now. The oxygen-tei package changed to that (at our Guidelines 2.8.0 release?) when we moved from naming it tei-oxygen to be oxygen-tei. At that point the oxygen-tei release was 3.0.0. See the note in http://www.tei-c.org/Vault/P5/2.8.0/oxygen/updateSite.oxygen presumably made by martinH who understands oxygen-tei a lot better than I do. It points to: http://sourceforge.net/projects/tei/files/oxygen-tei/oxygen-tei-3.0.0.zip Do you want me to copy that file as-is from 2.8.0 to 2.9.0 and 2.9.1? Or if I do it from 2.8.0 to 2.9.0 is that enough do you think? (I don't have the ant script for oxygen-tei in front of me) -James On 16/10/15 14:13, Hugh Cayless wrote:
Is that a step that’s supposed to happen and isn’t in the release documentation? Or is it something the install script is supposed to do?

Dear All,
The 2.9.1 release is out, except for the Oxygen plugin, which I can’t build, because it relies on downloading a file that isn’t there: http://www.tei-c.org/release/oxygen/updateSite.oxygen http://www.tei-c.org/release/oxygen/updateSite.oxygen and which the release documentation doesn’t tell me how to put there. There’s a copy in https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/blob/master/P5/updateSite.oxygen https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/blob/master/P5/updateSite.oxygen that looks outdated, but maybe that doesn’t matter. Anyway, can one of you kind people who know how this stuff works help? I’m inclined to hold off on announcing until the plugin is ready, but maybe that’s overly cautious?
Thanks, Hugh
