[Tei-council] poster comments (incorrectly in agenda)

Raff -- I put a bunch (more) comments on the poster in today's agenda under "Notes to Raff". They don't belong in the meeting minutes, though, so as soon as you have acted on them (or ignored them), please delete. Thanks.
