I've been putting all the information I have in a google doc open to anyone with the link, here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uF_f8BmnF8zu6Oa9bvTW1VRoT4smuloTCTTDS8Xv... The hotel is the Bell Tower, immediately off-campus at 300 South Thayer Street. The only public transport from DTW is the AirRide bus, which unfortunately no longer stops only a step away from the hotel, but instead stops only at the central bus station, which is a little further, but still an easy walk in any but the worst weather. A map is linked from the google doc mentioned above. I am hoping to be available for at least one, and likely two pickups by car from the airport. I'll go now and compile your emails to see who is arriving when. When posting such information, be sure to mention your airline and flight number, since different airlines arrive at different terminals. pfs On Tue, May 19, 2015, at 13:18, Paul Schaffner wrote:
I'll send out something this afternoon. I'm just back this minute from the hotel with a document that may or may not be the last one I need to nail down a Purchase Order (the prerequisite for the rates we've been quoted)... I have been learning about hoops and hoop-jumping now for several months and it is a painful experience :) pfs

I get in (supposedly) at 2:46. Paul, would you mind sending us info on transport and hotel. You may already have done this, but I can't find it, so I'd appreciate a refresher.
Thanks!

Anyone else arriving about 18h15 (or as the Americans say "6.30 pm") in DTW next Weds? Interested in sharing a cab rather than waiting for the 19h45 bus (or bemoaning the departure of the 18h02 one)?
