As I suggested in a previous message, perhaps obscurely, I think that a date at the end of April or beginning of May would be next to impossible because it would coincide with the University graduation week/end, making it verra difficult to find a hotel room, much less ten or so. But then, with a pick one choice, it's not much use of picking one of the infrequent choices, even when all others would be happy with this as well. In any case, if it's a method to agree on something rather soon it will be okay.
