[Tei-council] Deb packages key signing broken?

Hi all, My Jenkins server says: Err:9 https://packages.tei-c.org/deb/binary ./ Release.gpg The following signatures were invalid: EXPKEYSIG 19CF3E497B9824DC TEI Council (GPG key for signing Debian packages) [...] W: An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. GPG error: https://packages.tei-c.org/deb/binary ./ Release: The following signatures were invalid: EXPKEYSIG 19CF3E497B9824DC TEI Council (GPG key for signing Debian packages) W: Failed to fetch https://packages.tei-c.org/deb/binary/./Release.gpg The following signatures were invalid: EXPKEYSIG 19CF3E497B9824DC TEI Council (GPG key for signing Debian packages) Did the packages get signed correctly, or has the key expired?
