[tei-council] validating files locally

Hiya, I noticed that when I use jing to validate TE files locally it doesn't seem to complain when the RNG embedded schematron rules are broken, only the Relax NG ones. Can someone remind me of the right way to check the schematron rules inside an RNG against a file on the command line?
