Martin & I have each developed a test ODD to exercise this problem, and Martin has posted his (which is better commented than mine) to the ticket. We suspect the problem lies in the "odd2odd-copy" mode templates of odd2odd.xsl, but don't have much more sense than that.
As before, we will plan to meet on Google Hangouts. I don't think we actually need someone to be in charge of establishing the conference call, but if we do, it should not be me.
