Hugh -- this means I won't be on the same flight as you from LHR to CGN. If I make the flight from MUC, I'll be getting to CGN before you, in which case I would likely wait for you to head into Cologne together. But given that it's a 10 minute layover in MUC and the flight from EWR is already saying they will be departing late, I may very well not be there.
