[tei-council] Quick question on zone/@points

Hi all, I'm working on this ticket: https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/issues/1453 where I've been tasked with implementing the new @path attribute for att.coordinated. I have a couple of questions which I've put on the ticket, which really need Council decisions. Could you take a look and add any comments you have?
