Nope, happily the Oxford Roma and OxGarage are still 2 versions behind. I've pointed on the Issue on github as to where I _think_ in the PHP the sanitychecker is making assumptions that it is working in a RelaxNG world. In case someone has time and PHP knowledge to help. I've suggested that it is likely the move to Pure ODD content models and that the sanity checker has some hard coded assumptions about Relax NG content models. I've not had time to look through the sanity checker code yet to see what is really causing the error.
