I think we're planning on meeting via Google Hangouts, but I often have trouble with it, so may need someone else to initiate the call.
(We have never had so many people we needed to use Elli's Brown
account.)

too difficult, I don't think, to do a half-baked job even if you
don't know XSLFO. I am hoping someone on the call knows FO,
though. :-)

While one wonders why Lou chose to use RELAX NG over Pure ODD, I'm
glad he did as it showed up an egregious bug, which I am betting
is not too hard to fix.

* Whitespace in <eg> -- SB.
