[Tei-council] need help testing and gitting

I have done ticket 1768, but would like someone else to check it out (it is in branch 'sydb-nuke_macro.schemaPattern') and build it locally to make sure nothing fails miserably. Then, if it doesn't fail, 1) the changes in that branch need to be folded into dev (either someone other than me, or someone should send me instructions -- I am not confident enough in my git skills) 2) the French and Japanese <remarks> for the <content> element need to be updated (probably won't happen for this release) 3) the release notes need to be updated: "Vestigal references to macro.schemaPattern in the schemas, exemplars, and English prose have been removed" or some such. Thanks to whomever can test this.
