Quick summary of last week's meeting: * We talked aobut tickets that had been assigned.[1] * We agreed to continue working on them as currently assigned, and report back to the group at our next meeting (06-05 13:00Z). * New system seems good overall but probably needs tweaking; Syd thinks smaller groups and earlier notification would be in order, but there was not a lot of concensus on that. * One possibility is to not triage and assign tickets separately, but rather just use this monthly mtg as an opportunity for people to present their work on tickets so far (allowing the monthly ticket triage person to assign 'em as usual).
