[Tei-council] ticket triage

All, particularly Magdelena — Due in large part to power outage and internet down time at the end of last week (and the surge in other obligations that created), I have not done ticket triage for October yet. I am planning to work on it tonight, but probably won’t be done until tomorrow. (Magdelena because you are ticket triage person for November.)
