However, this URL is now giving me a 404. Am I looking in the wrong place?
The current (17.1) release of Oxygen comes with a TEI Framework including release 2.8.0 of P5 and 7.39 of the Stylesheets. Sadly, this is not enough for anyone wishing to use (or teach) Pure ODD in all its raging glory: for that you need release 7.40+ of the Stylesheets
