Dear Council,

After five years as Chair of the Council, it is high time to hand over the "sceptre" to someone else.

Elisa has already expressed interest to take over, but as not everyone was present at the last meeting, I would like to encourage everyone who would like to stand for Chair (or propose someone) to let us know before/at the next meeting on Thursday 10 November.
