Dear Hugh and James,
Could you please circulate this little "survival guide" to the Council mailing list?

Here is a little informal guide to help you find the meeting venue on Sunday.

The address of the venue is at the Centre for Medieval Studies (CMS), a discreet place. The address of 1, Jilská street, but if you lookup that address in Google Maps it will direct you a few dozens of yards further, so please follow this link instead, that points to the right spot on the map (if not the official address):

From there, you can use Google View to get a preview of the surroundings. The CMS building is on a small sort of square just off Jilská street.
The entrance to the building is just behind this bloody white van on the screen capture, under the big red arrow I added.

To the left of the entrance to the CMS (corner of the street and the little square) is a fancy shop selling organic soaps and beauty products.
Near the door to the building, there are several plaques listing the research centre present here, including one with the CMS logo, which features the letters CMS in gothic:

When you enter the building, you'll find a reception desk just on your right. The receptionist does not speak English, but you can show her the name of the meeting room: it is know in Czech as "conference centre":

Konferenční centrum

She will hopefully show you the way. If not, it's not very difficult to find. Here is a little "blueprint" of the venue, I drew it from memory, the details are not accurate but it should give you a general idea of the place:

As always, should you or any of your Technical Council Force be caught or killed, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions ;)

Good luck!
M.
