Did you install from the Docker image or „by hand“?
(because looking at your oxgarage I see that there are some failing AJAX requests to http://atnu-oxgarage.ncl.ac.uk/oxgarage/ege-webservice/Conversions/ and if it was the Docker image I’d like to fix it ;)
