Dear Council,

In our last Council call we agreed that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation we will organize another SVF2F (short virtual face-to-face meeting) in March or April. [1]

The idea is:

* The North-American group starts on Friday afternoon (12pm PST / 3pm EDT) ~ 3 hours

* The European group continues on Saturday morning (10am CET) ~ 3 hours

* Council convenes as a whole on Saturday (morning for US/CA, afternoon for the Europeans) ~4 hours

[1] For our new members: In addition to the monthly meetings we usually have in person meetings twice a year for three days (one in spring and one directly connected with the TEI Conference). During the pandemic we decided to hold shorter virtual “face-to-face” meetings as it is not feasible to do 3 days online.
