Dear Council, including new Council members Ulrike and Martin,

First a quick reminder that Council meets today in about 4 hours for our December teleconference call on Zoom, at 10:00–11:30 PDT | 13:00–14:30 EDT | 17:00–18:30 UTC | 19:00–20:30 CEST. **Ulrike and Martin, you are very welcome (and encouraged!) to attend, but if you can't make it, that's okay. But we are expecting you definitely to join us in January, so we would like to be sure you are involved in planning our meeting dates and times for January onward!

Would each of you please be sure to fill out this calendar poll for our meetings in 2025? I hope that we can decide this at the meeting today and set these in the calendar. The poll should automatically adjust for your time zone. I think we may be able to schedule our Council monthly teleconference meeting dates and times today, but I want to be sure you all have a chance to look at the times we are considering! At this point a few of you have not responded, and it's important that we choose a time will work for you all!
