Dear Council: Just bumping this as a reminder! Would you all please respond to (or revisit) the When2Meet poll by tomorrow to help us determine the dates and times of our January to April Council meetings? We need each active Council member to respond (and revisit your selections) by tomorrow, December 27 by the end of the day. I'd like to set and announce our meeting schedule by December 28.

Here's where we are as of December 26:

At this point, two Council members haven't yet responded, and I want to make sure we hear from everyone before we set the schedule.
A consensus seems to be forming on Thursdays starting at 1:30pm ET | 10:30am PT | 7:30pm CT, but I want to make sure it works for a 90-minute window for our usual once-per-month meeting. I am concerned it is late for our European members so I hope maybe we can establish an alternate window--there may be one on Friday, but it's problematic for one of our West Coast members. In each case where most of you line up, one of you seems only available for 30 minutes. Can we negotiate?
