I don't think it'll be an issue for OxGarage though. The catalog (at the moment) is only used in Test/antruntest.xml. So I don't think OxGarage will need to have anything to do with it.

The problem with OxGarage is that paths are different here. E.g. you post it that tei_allPlus.odd then OxGarage will store that in a temporary file for processing. In that temp directory it won’t find tei_svg.odd or the like so the only way (I can think of) is to provide an absolute URI in the main ODD file you send to OxGarage.
