Actually, on further investigation, it seems that all I need to change is the explicit reference to "index.xml"

There used to be a useful table listing the dates and version numbers of all TEI P5 releases at http://www.tei-c.org/Guidelines/P5/index.xml#previous

But now it seems to have disappeared. Could you either put it back or tell me where it's gone?My ODD chaining tutorial is broken without it.
