Hi all,

Just a note to let everyone know that over the next little while I'll be
slowly merging some new Japanese translations of glosses, descs and
remarks into the dev branch. These are coming from some excellent work
that Kiyonori and his team have been doing; they're about one-third of
the way through the process of translating the spec files.

I'm going to do this slowly and look at each item before I include it,
mostly for my own learning purposes, but also in case I might catch the
odd misunderstanding.
