This is a reminder that we have entered the refrigeration phase. This is a phase where we pay special attention to open pull requests and issues that we want to bring into the upcoming release. Please do not commit major changes to the schema (except if they have been tested in a branch, e.g. ab), changes in prose are still ok. Freeze is on Thursday, Oct 20. Freeze means that the release branches are created and that only the release techs should commit to the release branches. 
 
The milestone “Guidelines 4.5.0” has 62 open issues (https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A%22Guidelines+4.5.0%22) and “Stylesheets 7.54.0” has 15 open issues https://github.com/TEIC/Stylesheets/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A%22Release+7.54.0%22 . Please take a look at the list of issues and remove those from the milestone, that you will not implement within the next couple of days.
