One small thing, maybe the release techs from last time remember this? There seems to be a dependency in the test on https://www.tei-c.org/Vault/P5/current/xml/tei/stylesheet/ (containing a copy of the stylesheets) being present. It does not seem to be generated automatically. I copied it over, so future Stylsheets builds should run, and it looks a bit from the timestamps like this was done last time as well. We ought to automate that. Does this ring any bells?

We (Jessica, Nick, and I) have completed the release. You are free to commit to dev again. Thanks to all who dropped in on Slack to help out. The only remaining bits are the Oxygen plugin, which I can't build, and the Debian packages, because I was a bad release technician and forgot to ask Peter for the passphrase.
