I have started with the release notes:

TBC tomorrow. Please have a look at them and add missing bits.

I went through the closed issues and added the milestone “Guidelines 3.4.0”, but I may have missed some. Please check if something is missing here: https://github.com/TEIC/TEI/issues?q=is%3Aissue+milestone%3A%22Guidelines+3.4.0%22+is%3Aclosed

I will remove the milestone from the open tickets tomorrow.
